Roatán Island, Honduras – Is There a More Beautiful Beach in All of the Caribbean?
My family and I just returned from a vacation on the island of Roatán. Its a sandy stretch of land just off the Central American coast of Honduras. This place has the most beautiful beach in all of the Caribbean!

I’m telling you, this place is stunning. You’ll call your travel agent immediately after seeing the rest of these photos!
The image above, and all of the shots below, were taken on West End Beach. As the name implies, its on the far West side of the island.

The turquoise water is so inviting. And seriously, its so clear that you can see over 150 feet through it! There are no waves, which makes it more like a giant salt water swimming pool. And check this out, schools of tropical fish literally ate Cheese-Its from our hands.

Now that I’m back in Atlanta, I can only look at these photos and daydream of my new-found paradise!

Daniel- chad and I went on this same cruise 4 years ago. We by far had the best time in Roatan. We still to this day talk about that day and tell everyone about it. Glad y’all had a great vacation.

The most beautiful I have visited is in Freetown, Sierra Leone. I ate freshly caught barracuda, grilled to perfection, at an oceanside cabana. Simply amazing.
Sounds mouth-watering! Although, I’ve never had barracuda.
Have visited St. John and the beach was so gorgeous. Also, have visited Mexico beaches and love them!
St. John is certainly a beautiful place as well.
